The Premier Plan: Give you peace of mind by providing a thorough annual tune-up and free replacement or repair of the key components of your furnace.

Premier Plan participants are eligible to select an additional plan for their central air conditioner.

• Check and oil all motors on burner, fans and circulators.
• Check air filter, safety and operating controls.
• Clean and check flame burners and pilot tube.
• Install thermocouple (if present).
• Check and flush condensing drain hose as necessary.
• Check and clean blower if necessary.
• Check gas pressure at gas valve.
• You technician will repair or replace just about an part, as needed (see parts list below).

Parts Covered

For Premier Plan participants, Quickflash Heating & cooling Services will repair or replace any of the following parts which may become defective due to normal use or wear and tear:

Air Conditioning Service Plan.....$115.00
To get the same dependability from your air conditioner, sign up for Quickflash's Air Conditioning Service Plan.

Once a year, we'll perform a complete inspection and tune-up of your central air conditioning system. Includes labor and repair or replacement of blower bearings and motor, bypass damper, blower belt, air filters, fan relay, cooling thermostat and contractor.

In addition, your technician will check oil supply and refrigerant (disposal of refrigerant not included), adjust fan belt tension, lubricate where indicated, and check for noise and vibration.

Total Tune-Up ($85.00)

A Total Tune-Up includes a thorough inspection and cleaning of your gas furnace, performed by a specially trained professional. Labor is included; parts are extra.

• Check and oil all motors on burner, fans and circulators.
• Check air filter, safety and operating controls.
• Clean and check flame burners and pilot tube.
• Install thermocouple (if present).
• Check and flush condensing drain hose as necessary.
• Check and clean blower if necessary.

Air Conditioning Tune-Up.....$85.00 (just $73.00 if you also schedule a furnace tune-up)

Once a year, Quickflash will perform a complete maintenance inspection and tune-up of your central air conditioning system. Labor is included; parts are extra. Includes a check of blower bearings and motor, bypass damper, blower belt, air filters, fan relay, cooling thermostat and contactor.

In addition, your technician will check oil supply and refrigerant (disposal of refrigerant is not included), adjust fan belt tension, lubricate where indicated, and check for unusual noise.
