Once a year, Quickflash performs a complete inspection and tune-up of your central air conditioning system. Parts that will be replaced, repaired, or exchanged as available include blower bearings and motor, by-pass damper, blower belt, air filters, fan relay, cooling thermostat and contactor. Includes parts and labor coverage for one year.*
Water Heater Service Plan.....$90.00
Quickflash provides the necessary parts and labor to perform one complete annual tune-up of your oil-fired hot water heater. Covered parts include: Oil pump, coupling, ignition transformer, nozzle assembly, porcelains, ignition cables, aquastat, oil burner motor and fan, electrodes, nozzle, bussbars, and primary safety control.**

Economy Plan ($129.00)
With Quickflash’s Economy Plan, your furnace gets a thorough tune-up so your heating system operates as dependably and efficiently as possible. A new nozzle and oil filter will be provided at no charge; additional parts are not included and will be charged at prevailing rates.

Air Conditioning Tune-Up.....$80.00*
Once a year, Quickflash will perform a complete maintenance inspection and tune-up of your central air conditioning system, including a check of:

- evaporator coil
- return air
- drip pan and drain
- fan and motor bearings
- thermostat operation
- head and suction
- all safety controls pressure
- electrical connections
- condenser coil

In addition, your Quickflash technician will examine parts for visible wear, check oil supply and refrigerant (disposal of refrigerant not included), adjust fan belt tension, check for oil and refrigerant leaks, lubricate where indicated, and check for noise and vibration.
Water Heater Service Plan.....$80.00
Quickflash will perform a complete annual inspection and tune-up of your oil-fired water heater, replacing the nozzle if needed. A Quickflash technician will check the nozzle assembly and replace the oil burner nozzle if needed, check and adjust ignition system, check all burner controls and the flue pipe, and perform smoke and draft tests.
